[XB] XFRM: Resource Download Log 2.0.1 Patch Level 1

Painbaker submitted a new resource:

[XB] XFRM: Resource Download Log - Download log for resources

With this addon, those users with the proper permissions will be able to see a log of all resources downloaded from the site.

Couple of issues I am having with this. Latest XF version and PHP 8.4.4

1) If I filter by user and type in AWS (a valid member) it will return matches for AWS and Dawson, it should only return AWS.
2) I can not seem it to filter by title by typing it in, if I type in "[OzzModz] Badges" it returns results for everything.
