[XB] User Register: Require Files - Ensure that important files are submitted before users gain full access to your site

Add an extra layer to your registration process by requiring users to upload necessary files before accessing the rest of the site.

How it works:​

• After registration, users are redirected to a page where they must upload the required files.
• Users cannot access other pages until the files are submitted.
• Once files are submitted, the user is added to the approval queue, where admins/moderators can review and approve the attachments.
