[XB] Approval Queue Improvements 2.1.5

Enhance XenForo's approval queue with advanced filtering, bulk actions, and additional moderation controls.

This add-on makes it easier to manage large approval queues by adding saved filters, dynamic loading, content counters, batch actions, and extended support for XenForo and third-party content types.

• Date Range Filter: Filter unapproved content by date using custom ranges or quick presets.
• Saved Filters: Save filter configurations and use them as defaults when opening the approval queue from the staff bar.
• Filtered Item Count: Apply configured filters to the unapproved content counter displayed in the staff bar.
• AJAX Loading: Dynamically load additional unapproved items beyond XenForo's default 50-item limit.
• Bulk Actions: Select loaded items and approve, reject, or delete them in bulk.
• Hard Deletion: Permanently delete supported content when the moderator has the required global permission.
• Thread Destination Change: Move threads to another forum directly from the approval queue.
