[XB] Donations 1.4.1

Better Campaign Automation & Reliability!​

This update adds automatic discussion posts for completed campaign goals and featured campaign controls, while improving payment handling, concurrent updates, campaign cycles, privacy changes, and overall reliability.

Important: This version now requires [XB] Core Library.
The Core Library also adds an optional xenBaker branding link in the footer. The branding is enabled by default and can be disabled in the add-on options without payment.

• Preserved scheduled cycle boundaries when automatic campaign resets are delayed.
• Updated existing donation alerts and newly linked discussion posts when donation privacy changes.
• Limited remote image downloads to the configured attachment size.
• Replaced bundled frontend libraries with shared [XB] Core Library components.

Bug Fixes​

• Fixed campaign totals after partial Stripe refunds, including repeated payment notifications.
• Fixed paid registration donations losing payment references required for refunds and restored payments to update campaign totals.
• Fixed concurrent donation updates potentially affecting user counter rebuilds.
• Fixed simultaneous comment updates potentially causing incorrect comment counts or last comment information.
• Fixed simultaneous comment moderation potentially changing comment counts more than once.
• Fixed previous expiry dates remaining after campaigns were pinned or unpinned normally.
• Fixed add-on uninstallation failing after campaign prefix tables had already been removed.

Better Campaign Transparency & Financial Tracking!​

This update introduces campaign expense reporting, expanded privacy and moderation controls, donation exports, and new tools for presenting and managing campaign finances.

New Features​

• Added optional public Campaign Expense Reportswith cycle filtering, receipt attachments, and summaries for:
  • Raised
  • Spent
  • Remaining
• Added permissions for managing own or any campaign expenses, viewing deleted expenses, and permanently deleting expenses.
• Added soft deletion, moderation logging, and field-level edit history for campaign expenses.
• Added global and category permissions for viewing campaign donations and donor lists.
• Added campaign donation CSV export with date range filters, privacy-aware values, and a confirmation step.
• Added selectable Font Awesome icons for campaign goals.
• Added support for recurring donations, with a Recurring Donations page for managing and cancelling subscriptions independently of campaign visibility.
• Added a Watched Campaigns page with bulk email notification and stop-watching controls.

Improvements​

• Campaign currency can no longer be changed after a completed or refunded donation, or after an expense has been recorded.

Fundraising campaigns can now run in recurring cycles, making it easy to restart goals while preserving a complete history of previous fundraising periods and their results. This update also adds new ways to integrate donations with your community.
