Fix: open question editing page not in overlay
Fix: the content tab is retained in the quiz when the lesson is unlinked

This add-on cannot be installed/upgraded because the following files are missing: js/ozzmodz/quiz/form.js, js/ozzmodz/quiz/form.min.js, js/ozzmodz/quiz/progress.js, js/ozzmodz/quiz/progress.min.js, js/ozzmodz/quiz/progressbar.min.js.

I had to deactivate all the add-ons on my site. Then, when I tried to reactivate them, I got an error message. Even though I downloaded and installed them again, I can't activate the add-on
