We have a pool of questions, something like 200 questions and want to make a 40 questions test. Is it possible for the test to take 40 questions from the pool?

Also, can the questions in the pool have categories?

200 questions pool divided in 4 categories with 50 questions each.

Make a test where 4 categories are used but specify to only use 10 of the 40 questions from each category and make this random?

Is this or something like this possible?

There are no categories within the questions here, but there is an option for question limits and randomizing.

Something isn't right. I've added a parent category and two quiz categories and created two quizzes.

When I go to the Quiz index the navigation displays "N/A" but the quiz stats are available.

I can navigate to the quiz pages by manually entering the url in my browser

I can't move the quizzes either as the categories don't appear in the dropdown options

I've tried rebuilding the category cache in admin tools. Now when I try adding another quiz I get a No Permission Error

I'm not sure about adding categories for questions, but I'll take a look at the rest soon.

Probably being a little hopeful here but I don't suppose there is any way to post results in the discussion thread for quizzes taken before the latest update?

With the latest update, the negative score for all my questions has been reset. Previously, wrong questions were subtracted using the following formula, which is what I requested when the addon was being developed: (1 / number of answers -1). I would need to correct this for all questions so that users can compete under the same scoring conditions, since the previous ones were subtracted 0.33 for wrong answers and those who take the quiz now are subtracted 1 point.

The best scores widget shows multiple scores from the same user when only the best score should be shown.

The Average score does not show scores with decimals, only with whole numbers

The quiz filter by completion date in quiz list doesn't work.

Could the display of the fastest users doing quiz be disabled when the test itself allows the user to select the questions? It doesn't make much sense to compare times between users when one may have taken a quiz of 20 questions and another user a quiz of 50.

No, there is no retrospective posting of results

I will add an option to show only results with answers to all available questions in the quiz in this block

I guess the caches didn't rebuild if these are quizzes completed earlier before the update

This also happens when you complete a quiz attempt, update the quiz list, and then delete the attempt. In that case, the quiz list is not updated again.

Just purchased this addon today. Will play around with it and offer ideas for something that works for our custom set up.
 
@Painbaker I have noticed that when importing questions in txt, the import is done in reverse order to the order of the questions in the document. The last question that appears in the txt is the first one that is imported and this order is followed. This means that if I import an exam and I want the number of questions in the quiz to be fixed and to be shown in order and not randomly, it is not respected because the import was done incorrectly.
How could this be corrected? I have 2 quizzes already created with this error.
