Better Community Feedback!​

This update introduces a complete feedback system with helpful and not helpful ratings, optional visitor comments, guest support, and new moderation tools for reviewing community feedback.

Bug Fixes​

• Fixed the question target URL label on XenForo 2.2.
• Fixed the ungrouped questions section width when no categories exist.
• Fixed FAQ AJAX search loading and result rendering on XenForo 2.2.
• Fixed ungrouped questions not appearing on public FAQ pages when category grouping is enabled.

This release modernizes FAQ content management with full language support, rich BB code editing, improved search, and a more polished public experience.

New Features​

• Moved FAQ question and answer storage from XenForo phrases to add-on content records with language translations.
• Added BB code support for translated FAQ answers.
• Added per-language attachment uploads for BB code FAQ answers in the admin editor.
• Added batch update actions for FAQ questions and categories in the ACP.
• Added a Font Awesome icon picker for FAQ category icons in the ACP.
• Added a minimum search length option for FAQ AJAX search.
• Added native loading animation for FAQ AJAX search results.
• Added an option to change or disable the FAQ AJAX search animation.
• Added an option to include answers in FAQ search results (enabled by default).
• Added an option to automatically expand matching search results (enabled by default).

Improvements​

• Migrated legacy phrase-based FAQ question data to HTML content records.
• Switched public FAQ search to GET requests for shareable URLs.
• Improved FAQ accordion accessibility with aria-controls, aria-expanded, and aria-hidden.
• Hidden empty FAQ categories from the public FAQ list.
• Changed the FAQ help page ID from pb_faq to faq. If faq already exists, rename or remove the conflicting help page before upgrading.

Bug Fixes​

• Fixed orphaned category image files remaining after category deletion.
