[XB] Referer Log 1.0.2

• Added a Top Referers statistics block.
• Added a Watched Domains tab to the log view.
• Added quick actions to add a referer domain to the blacklist, with an option to also ignore the main domain when the referer uses a subdomain.
• Added batch deletion support to the ACP log page.
• Added options to delete records with the same referer, IP address, or user from the deletion confirmation.
• Added an option to remove www from referer domains.

• Fixed missing records when filtering logs by IP ranges.
• Fixed repeat visit counts stopping at two visits.
• Fixed handling of ignored IP addresses, wildcards, and CIDR ranges, including invalid entries.
• Fixed commas being removed from referer URLs.
• Fixed inconsistent handling of www prefixes and internal domains.
• Fixed links and domain blocking for host-only logs and invalid legacy entries.
• Fixed invalid referers being accepted and unsafe existing entries being rendered as links. Invalid entries are now displayed as plain text.
