Better Payout Management & Transparency!​

This update expands withdrawal management with transaction tracking, payment proofs, operation history, and per-payment-system requirements and limits. It also refreshes the public withdrawal and requisite pages while improving compatibility and access handling.

New Features​

• Added payout transaction IDs, public notes, moderator notes, and payment proof attachments.
• Added per-payment-system requirements for transaction IDs and payment proofs.
• Added an immutable Withdrawal Operation History for moderators and administrators.
• Added per-payment-system withdrawal limits.
• Added transaction ID filtering and payout detail indicators to the ACP withdrawal list.
• Added status and payment system filters to the public withdrawal sidenav.

Improvements​

• Redesigned the public withdrawal list with responsive status cards.
• Redesigned the public requisite list with payment system grouping.
• Made wallet uniqueness optional while keeping it enabled by default.
• Changed the minimum XenForo requirement to 2.3.0.

Bug Fixes​

• Fixed duplicate minus signs in displayed commission amounts.
• Fixed API access checks for individual withdrawal requests.
• Fixed DragonByte Credits 7 compatibility when calculating withdrawal charges.
