How to Implement Paid Registration Add-on?

I installed the add-on but I can't find any documentation on how to set it up.

I'm only trying to have a basic yearly membership but the registration window says "free" and I'm not sure how to remove that.

Also what about adding payment companies to the registration? Any how to how to documentation or videos would be appreciated.
