[XB] Forum Post Thread Button Text - Allows to replace the "Post thread" button text for each forum individually

Allows to replace the "Post thread" button text for each forum individually
Also replaces the title on the thread creation page.
Phrases can be translated for each language.

Re-uploaded the file. Please try to upload the addon again with file replacement.

I did and the error went away, but it happend again. Just noticed the same warning again.

You need to download add-on again and upload the add-on again with file replacement.

I did an unistall and reinstalled. Warning went away but noticed this on a default post thread button.

Did you update the add-on with a file overwrite?
PS: XF File health check results are not rechecked when installing or upgrading the addon. Only by cron scheduler or manual re-run.
