Automatically subscribes users to a selected XFRM categories after purchasing a user upgrade.

This add-on links a paid upgrade with a specific XenForo Resource Manager categories. When a user purchases the upgrade, they are automatically set to "watch" the assigned categories and will receive notifications for new resources.
