Get XenForo keyword alerts when new posts, threads, resources, or supported add-on content match saved words and phrases.

Members can watch keywords across the content types they choose and receive on-site alerts, email notifications, or scheduled digests. Each rule can include several search terms, matching options, and excluded keywords. Administrators control access, available content types, and account limits.

Features:​

• Keyword and Phrase Tracking: Watch multiple words or multi-word phrases in one rule. Unicode-aware matching supports terms in different languages.
• Whole-Word, Partial, and Exact Matching: Choose the match type where enabled by the administrator.
• Excluded Keywords: Prevent an alert when content contains specified negative keywords, when the user has permission to use them.
• Cleaner Matching: Strip BB code and quoted text from supported message content before matching.
• New Post and Content Alerts: Choose on-site alerts, email notifications, or both for each rule. Multiple matching keywords in one content item are grouped into a single notification.
• Keyword Alert Email Digests: Send emails immediately or in daily, weekly, or monthly summaries when permitted. Emails include links to stop keyword alert emails or all forum emails.
• Personal Filters: Ignore content the member is already watching and content from ignored members.
• Bulk Management: Enable, disable, or delete multiple keyword alerts from the account page.
• Administrator Limits: Set minimum and maximum keyword lengths, the number of rules available, and the content types members can monitor.
• Notification Logs: Review matched content and notification activity in the Admin control panel.

• Can a member stop email notifications and keep on-site keyword alerts?
  Yes. Email delivery can be turned off for a rule without disabling its on-site alerts. Notification emails also include a link to stop all keyword alert emails.
• Will every listed integration work without its add-on installed?
  No. Third-party content types are available when their respective add-ons and Keyword Alerts integration are active.
• Does the add-on scan the existing content archive when installed?
  No. It processes content added to its queue as new content is created or updated; it does not run a bulk historical scan.
