Track XenForo push notification subscribers, devices, delivery rates, clicks, retention, platforms, providers, and subscription churn from a dedicated analytics dashboard.
Push Statistics provides detailed web push analytics for understanding how members subscribe to notifications, which devices and browsers they use, whether push services accept notifications, how often members click them, and how subscriptions change over time.
Features:
Push Subscribers & Subscriptions

FAQ:
How are push notification clicks tracked?
A short signed parameter is added to notification links that point back to your forum. The first visit using that parameter records the click, after which the parameter is removed from the address bar. External links are not tracked. Click tracking can be disabled.
How is the push notification click-through rate calculated?
Clicks are attributed to the day their notification was sent and compared with notifications containing trackable forum links from the same selected send period.
Can I compare click-through rates for different notification types?
Yes. Notification types such as mentions, quotes, thread replies, reactions, conversations, and resource updates can be compared by CTR.
Does "Delivered" mean the push notification appeared on the member's device?
No. It means the browser's push service accepted the notification. Push providers do not report whether the operating system ultimately displayed it.
Can I see why push notification delivery failed?
Final failures reported by supported push services can be grouped by reason and available HTTP status code. Failures before delivery reporting begins cannot always be classified.
Can I compare different push notification providers?
Yes. Provider statistics can compare Google FCM, Mozilla Autopush, Apple Web Push, Microsoft WNS, and other services by delivery outcomes, rates, trends, and active subscriptions.
Does the add-on track push subscriber retention?
Yes. Monthly cohorts show continuous subscription retention at 7, 30, and 90 days with separate views for first-observed and returning subscribers.
How far back does device history go?
The first snapshot records the active device count when tracking begins, with subsequent snapshots recorded daily.
Are notifications dismissed without being clicked counted as clicks?
No. Only actual notification link clicks are recorded.
What happens to existing push notifications if the add-on is disabled or uninstalled?
Notifications continue to work. Their links open the original XenForo destination normally, while the tracking parameter is simply ignored.
