scoring before changing scoring-related options. Defaults do not necessarily modify existing content.
Effects, sounds and default feedback
Use the Quiz ACP managers to manage answer effects, preview sounds and configure default feedback. Select global correct/incorrect defaults in site options. Question settings can use or override those defaults where enabled.
Test custom effect configurations with the supplied preview. Check result feedback using
the fallback rules.
Preview sounds and select the site-wide correct and incorrect defaults.
Maintenance
Use the available completion log, batch update, purge and rebuild tools for their stated purposes. Bulk deletions can remove attempt history and affect statistics; back up before applying them.
Scheduled tasks maintain leaderboard history and expire retained guest/incomplete data. If expected history or cleanup is missing, inspect XenForo's scheduled tasks and job processing.
System definition pages register Quiz, Question and Feedback types. Do not disable a type used by existing content without assessing the effect on those records.
Advertising positions are available above and below quizzes and question answer areas. Test ad sizing on narrow screens.
