TMDB change tracking improvements & minor fixes

Added optional TMDb rating ring to movie thread lists
Fixed general rebuilds fetching movie data for TV threads
Fixed TMDb change tracking for movie and TV threads
Separated TMDb ratings from community ratings and added TMDb score display
Fixed the TV poster update button condition

Added thread list grid layout with mode toggle buttons

This is a release candidate version. Please take a full backup before installing it on a production site.

Full change log:

Movie Threads and TV Threads have now been merged into a single add-on, making it easier to manage both content types from one installation.

All existing TV Threads license holders have been automatically converted to Movies licenses.

Upgrade Instructions​

If you currently have the TV Threads add-on installed:

1. Update TV Threads to the latest available version.
2. Disable the TV Threads add-on in the ACP.
3. Install the Movies 2.3.0 update.

Changes:​

• Combined the Movie Threads and TV Threads add-ons into a single add-on
• General code refactoring
• Improved person view page
• Improved movie thread view page
• Added new style properties to control movie thread view page
• Improved episode posts display style
• Added option to change TV episode still poster size
• Added inline mod actions on user favorite, watched and watchlist movies/tv shows
• Added thread list grid layout with mode toggle buttons

Bug Fixes:​

• Fixed the movie recommendation delete action
• Fixed hard-coded "Season number" and "Episode number" input placeholders
• Fixed incorrect actions and pagination URLs in watched movie list
