Limits how many profile posts a user can create within a specified time period
Features:
Time-based limit: Defines the maximum number of profile posts a user can make within a set number of hours.
Own-profile permissions: A separate permission that allows users to post on their own profile regardless of the global limit.
Warning block & custom errors: When the limit is exceeded, the posting form is replaced with a warning showing the limit and the time of the next allowed post. The standard “No permission” message is also replaced with a custom error when a user attempts to submit beyond the limit.
