Fix: avoid fetching person images with empty URLs

Fixed large poster size option being ignored when creating TV thread
Prevent errors from invalid TMDb image responses during rebuild jobs
Fixed poster size in search results
Trigger new persons fetching job after completing TV credits rebuild
Fixed Undefined array key "rebuildRecommended" error when rebuilding TV shows

• Added option to automatically fetch full persons information when adding new movies
• Added options to limits and filter stored crew & casts
