Couple issues:
When you copy and existing form that has an open/end date; the options for dates aren't rendered to set it again:

On copy, Paid Submission settings are not retained:

On copy, the cost per unit, currency unit, and add to to submission cost values are not copied over:

Unrelated to copy, in admin cp, "Form submit log", in "Refine Search", the "Form" dropdown hides inactive forms.

If "Form is visible" is unchecked, you'll receive a "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action." error, even though "This form is active" is checked.
