can I overwrite OzzModz addon version 2.01 with this version while I am on XF 2.2.15 or do I have to uninstall the addon first? I am currently on XF 2.2.15 and want to upgrade to XF 2.3.7

The add-on retained its previous namespace
You can simply update it as usual
