Painbaker updated [XB] Content User Change with a new update entry:

Fixed the Change User action for resource reviews and resource updates reading the wrong route parameter, causing the ownership change to fail.
Improved the bulk ownership change and guest content association jobs by wrapping each content item update in its own database transaction, preventing partially applied counter and last-post updates if processing is interrupted.
