[XB] Content User Change 2.1.1 Patch Level 1

Change content authors in XenForo with individual moderation actions and bulk ownership tools.

Correct attribution on posts, profile messages, gallery content, resource updates, reviews, and supported add-on content. Reassign content to another member, use guest names where permitted, or associate guest contributions with registered accounts.

FAQ:​

• Does changing a thread author also change every reply? No. Reassigning a thread changes its author and the author of its first post. Other replies retain their authors unless reassigned separately.
• Does changing a resource update author change the resource owner? No. Resource updates use a separate contributor author. Resource descriptions remain tied to their resource and are excluded from bulk update ownership changes.
