Link multiple XenForo accounts and switch between them without entering a password every time.

Members authenticate a secondary account once using its login credentials and two-step verification when enabled. The linked account then becomes available from the visitor menu or dedicated account switcher page for fast one-click switching. Optional two-way linking allows either account to switch back to the other.

Account access remains secure: links are tied to the linked account's current password, so changing that password automatically revokes existing access.

Permissions:​

• Manage Account Links: Allow members to add and remove linked accounts. Existing valid links remain usable if this permission is later removed. Accounts without the permission can still be linked to unless that is restricted, but they never receive a two-way link.
• Maximum Linked Accounts: Configure the maximum number of accounts a member can link.

FAQ:​

• What happens when a linked account changes its password?
  All incoming links to that account are automatically invalidated, so access cannot continue with an outdated authentication state.
• Does the add-on support two-step verification?
  Yes. Two-step verification is always respected while linking an account and can also be required for every subsequent account switch.
• Can both accounts switch back to each other?
  Yes. Two-way links can be optional, mandatory, or disabled globally. When optional, the member chooses whether to enable it for each new link.
• Can accounts without the permission be linked to?
  Yes, if the administrator allows it. Those accounts can be linked as one-way destinations, but cannot create or manage their own links.
• Can administrators, staff, and moderators be protected from linking?
  Yes. Separate options control whether administrator accounts and staff or moderator accounts may be linked or switched to.
• Can the number of linked accounts be limited?
  Yes. The Maximum Linked Accounts permission can set a numeric limit or allow unlimited links.
• Will inactive account links be removed automatically?
  Yes. The administrator can set an inactivity period after which unused links are removed, or set it to zero to keep them indefinitely.
