Set maximum message length limits through XenForo permissions.

This add-on lets you define permission-based maximum message lengths for different content types, allowing different limits for different user groups.

Note: The native XenForo Maximum message length and Maximum profile message length options are still enforced. Their values must be greater than or equal to the highest limit configured through permissions.
