[XB] Thread Post Random Dates 1.0.0

Allows to randomize the post dates of all posts within a thread across a specified date and time range.

Features:​

• Date range selection - choose a start and end date within which all post dates will be randomly distributed.
• Time range selection - restrict randomized times to a specific window of the day (e.g. 08:00 – 22:00).
• Midnight crossing support - when the time range spans two days (e.g. 22:00 – 02:00), the Crossing midnight threshold setting controls how the distribution is weighted between late night and early morning.
• First post control - optionally include or exclude the thread's first post from date randomization (preserving the original thread creation date).
• Thread metadata sync - automatically updates last post date info after randomization.
• Per-forum permission - control over which user groups and forums can use this feature.
• Admin options - configure a global default start time and end time for the randomization form.
