Add tabbed navigation to forum thread lists.

This add-on organizes threads into separate tabs, making it easier for users to browse active and resolved discussions in busy forums.

• Thread Status Tabs: Display All, Open, and Closed tabs in selected forums.
• Optional Thread Counters: Show the number of threads in each tab.
